Versiony Goodness!!

Good indeed. Blue-Default 0.9 is out!

Changes include:

• redid close, minimize, and maximize buttons
• made the menu and window borders a bit less purple-ish
• added the script to install the themes for all the utils
  
• added loemmel's wallpaper to the archive
